I called and ask a plates on my truck. It had sit idle for 2-yrs!! Was very pleasant on the phone ! I have had bad experiences in the past at this facility but was very pleased today!

Customer Service...The employees are supposed to be pleasant and they are far from that. The ladies up there act like they hate their jobs and the people that they are supposed to be helping. Smile, God loves you workers of the DMV in Mt Carmel!!
