Be sure you have a full afternoon set aside to look at all the amazing stuff they have. We went in for a dining set and found a couch we fell in love with. We wanted a loveseat to match which they didn't have in stock so they ordered it for us in the same fabric and design as the couch we found. High quality funiture and great prices. And they offer an excellent warranty on everything they sell. I would highly suggest this place to friends and family.
We walked in the door - with our two children in tow. The lady at the front desk ignored us until we actually asked her for help. When we asked, she said they were closing up - 20 minutes before time to close. She was extremely rude to us.
Then they rushed us out of the store. I understand closing time on Friday... but at least be polite. We drove 40 minutes to get there trying to make it before they closed.

Best place to buy any type of furniture! It is the largest in tri-state and 2nd largest in the nation! They also have an extremely large amount of used furniture. They will custom order if you do not see what you are looking for. Furniture for any room, mattresses, clocks, lamps, decor, etc. Since the prices are so low, they do streamline their huge store, very organized and due to trying to keep prices down they must abide by the store hours advertised which is completely understandable.
My wife and I went to look at couches at Timberlake on Friday 4-7-17. We had to go after we got off work. We were prepared to pay that day in cash for our new seats.
We still wanted to look, in hopes that someone would be willing to help us. We walked to their couch room and no one greeted us or offered to help. Instead, two more ladies began walking away and I believe sincerely they would have locked us in the building. They were leaving a full 15 minutes before the store closed - purses on shoulders and walking out - ignored us until we said something to them.
They also have a great used building that you can find some neat pieces of furniture to repurpose.
We left and chose not to spend any money here ever. We'll also tell as many people as possible our story and hope that no one chooses to spend their hard earned dollars at Timberlake Furniture.
My son forgot a toy he was playing with, and this is the only saving grace for this place, a man who worked there allowed us to go back and look for it.
This is the only place I will buy furniture, you cannot beat their prices! Knowledgeable staff and they can help you find anything you are looking for or order it for you if it's not in stock.
