Ordered a plant to be sent as congratulations as I've had a good experience with this place in the past. However the plant wasn't as advertised and died soon after it was delivered. I also received a second charge for the same item two weeks later and despite trying to contact them twice, I have yet to receive a response back or a refund.
Ordered flowers last minute for valentines day which can be a hassle to many stores, the lady on the phone was very sweet. Took the time to describe different types of bouquets on probably the busiest day of the year. Highly recommend!
