I'm very very disappointed in my experience with I wilderman, I knew my credit score knew my issues with it came in prepared to put a good deposit down had good income. I specifically told the sales rep that in my resquest to only run my credit through no more than 3 creditors he acknowledged it got me approved for a car, mind you was brand new really nice but I was really wanting a truck he said he had one more place to run that he would have to run later in the week, a month in a half later I never heard anything else and received close to forty creditor letters. I understand trying to make a sale but when your working with someone that is trying to build their credit back up through you I feel you should listen to the customers wants and needs in the process not just a sales pitch. I am now in very poor standings with my credit and thanks to j wilderman autoplex I was still unable to get a vehicle. Reminder to all future buyers they will run your credit tell you have no other options even if you request otherwise. My name is joshua penick and I just got off the phone with them there excuse was "well you signed a in house and a electronic form giving us permission to run your credit score even if you requested no more than 3 we wanted to make the sale for you", quote from the financial manager the second creditor ran was the once that accepted me for the brand new Ford focus with 2k down.

Nice people, very friendly. They did everything they could to get us in the vehicle we wanted. Would recommend!!

Pretty simple. Went to buy a truck. Found one we liked. Wanted the payment at $300 for a 60 month term and asked that the salesman pull up a loan calculator. He did as we asked. Mid conversation. Mid conversation! the finance director pulled the salesman to the back to "coach" the salesman not to do that. Made for a very uncomfortable experience. I would have pulled a calculator up on my phone if it was that big of deal. Needless to say we didn't buy the truck based on the bad experience.

Picked up a new truck a couple weeks ago, it was a rainy day and didn't see a small defect in the paint till I was detailing the vehicle a week later. So I contacted John the service adviser, he took pictures and turned it in to Ford for consideration. Of course Ford denied our request. I was prepared to fix it myself, because it was something I couldn't live with. But to my surprise the dealership stepped up to the plate and offered to fix the issue at their expense.
