Worst McDonald’s ever the only reason I can see this place remains open is the lack of options in Mt Carmel. It’s really worth the 15 minute drive to Albion, I will NEVER be back
This has got to be the worst mcdonalds around and tonight just did me in from going there ever again. One of the workers come out complaining she was sweating like a n****r in front of customers too. One poor lil girl kept getting told everything to do while this heavy set gal just stood around. This place is pathetic. Its amazing how many people want to contact the owner to complain!
If I could go lower than one star I would. They didn't get our order right the first, second, or third time we gave it (all in one visit inside) there "Value" menu changes so quickly that you can barely read it. Finally, because thay are either understaffed or the employees are underqualified to do their job, I was waiting for 20 minutes for the wrong order.
Worst McDonald's ever, I have given the 5 chances, mainly because there is few options in town. I have yet been able to get my order correct. Poor service, out of date store, poor food handling & don't try to get a quick refill. Save time go some where else stop supporting location.
Waited over 25 min for my food. There was at least 6 or 7 people working in the back two at drive thru and the manager walking around not doing a damn thing. And at the registers was one very nice lady all by herself with no help from anybody in there. I felt so sorry for her and you could tell she was getting annoyed but she put on a smile and kept going. When I got there I was 6th in line and I'm pretty sure 3 of the people in front of me.just ordered coffee. I know that working in a restaurant can get crazy but I would like to think that McDonald's makes enough money to train people to handle these type of things. Bottom line don't go here if you want fast food because it's never fast.
